Cumin, one of the most ancient revered spices and also one of the most versatile. Cumin is the MUST for great tasting chile-laden dishes, such as chili con carne, chile sauces for enchiladas and the like. And....it has enormous health properties.

Cumin in ancient times was at times used a medium of exchange, such as for paying rent, etc. And cumin pre-dated black pepper as a table spice and still does in Morocco.
You won't regret getting our fresh, fresh cumin--probably years fresher than in the supermarket. Once you get it, store it in a glass container with a close fitting lid in the refrigerator or freezer.
