The aroma of baking bread is one of the best in the World--so say seasoned realtors when they are helping to sell a home. Baking bread is one of the very best ways to releave frustration. The list goes on.
I would love to show you the fun tips and techniques I learned from my Grand Champion 4-H Bread Baking Mother, who earned that title as a Kansas teen- ager, who won the Best in the State. And, she baked bread all the time her entire life.
Bread is most probably the easiest baked good to make--sifting and careful measuring are not important as they are with cakes and pies. You add the flour until you knead it in to the proper gluten development. That is the hint I want to share with you. No bread machines or anything of the kind--just your bare hands.
And it is so much fun. And...the best part, home-baked bread tastes like no other. And, it can be yours!
In the class next Thursday, November 7, we will making--
Best Ever White Loaf Bread
Indian Bear-Paw Bread
Red Chile Cheese Swirl Bread
Pesto Braid
Outrageous Cinnamon Pecan Rolls and
Oatmeal Raisin Bread
I truly hope you can come, you'll have fun baking and sharing your very own home baked breads for the Holidays.
