We made a change due to popular demand.  We have placed a Taco Party  class on Tuesday, October 29 at 5 PM instead of the originally scheduled Fall Flavors class.  So many of of you have been asking for "Tacos", so I hope the date will be convenient for you.

I understand why tacos are so popular--they are fun to both eat as well as easy to prepare and are great most any time.  Each of the kinds of tacos can be made in many variations

In this class, we make 4 different kinds of tacos plus homemade corn tortillas, and 3 Salsas.  We start with Perfect Guacamole and complete the menu with Perfect Margaritas.
