Green chiles are so very special to New Mexico as are the fun and flavorful dishes you can create.  I would just love to share them with you.

We will be making two award winning Green Chile Stews--one that our esteemed Senator, Joe Montoya used to win the Capitol Cookoff more than once and the other from Michelle Zebrowski who won the Gulden Cookoff which preceded  UNM's first bowl game. 

Also, I am sharing my brother's favorite recipe I created many years ago for Blue Corn Crusted Chile Rellenos.  And we will be making the Best Ever Calabacitas with Grilled Corn and Green Chile. Another recipe is an adaptation of the award winning Green Chile Pie from a YWCA Chile cookoff staged many years ago. 

And then, we will be making everyone's favorite Green  Chile Apple Pie with a French Pastry Crust.
