The very special half-off Caribe sale ends this Saturday. Perhaps you missed it on Tuesday. I placed our very special Caribe Chile, the favorite and critical for Carne Adobado, desserts and garni.
It is most probably the first domestically developed chile, created by the Caribe Indians for which the Caribbean islands and sea are named.
Like all of our chilies, they are pure and will keep forever if kept chilled in the refrigerator or freezer in a glass container.
