Many of you have requested that I "kick it up a notch" and schedule the Quinta Real Hotel for our fabulous tour to Oaxaca  June 10-16.  Well I did!  I was able to finalize our reservations this past week and get all the details confirmed for a lovely stay at the highest ranking hotel in Oaxaca.

This hotel was originally built in the 1500's and has served many different venues.  The hotel is very well maintained and the gardens are well manicured.  And--the dining room has wonderful food and service.

The hotel is located in what I call the "Fifth Avenue" of Oaxaca with lots of shops, historic areas and galleries nearby.

I hope to see many of you back to enjoy our three "hands-on" cooking classes, tours and visits to amazing sites.

To celebrate our new hotel, I am giving an extra $100.00 off until midnight Thursday, February13.

We also have spaces left in our New Mexico Favorites class set for this Thursday evening at 5 PM.  Also, there is still space left in our Chili, Chili, Chile class set for Thursday, March 6 at 5 PM.

And our next weekend class is May 9 -11 and we have had to push up the next week long class to March 31-April 4.
